Why does it take longer for my organic garments to arrive?

We source premium organic cotton from the EU, as we've yet to find a supplier of equal quality in the US or Canada. Rest assured, when we do, we'll gladly make the switch!

We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Our prints can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact SC as soon as possible. Our orders can be already in the production process after a couple of hours and at that time we're unable to halt production. Please email us at hello@sovereigncanuck.com for additional help.

Size guides can be found with every product in the text to the right on the products page. It’s best to compare our sizing to one of your favorite clothing items before ordering, as our sizing might vary from what you’re used to. We explain in the description of each product where people might typically size up.

While it's uncommon, there is a possibility that one of our designs could bypass quality control, leading to issues such as defective stitching, a hole in the garment, or a misprint (causing the design to fade after the first wash). If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us with a photo, and we will promptly arrange a free replacement for you.

Additionally, if your item has a vinegar scent or an off-white residue - rest assured, it's just the residue of the fixation agent used in our garment printing process. The scent will disappear after the first wash.
